In-Network Benefits

We are considered in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice Plans.

Out-of-Network Benefits

We are considered out-of-network with all other insurance providers, however using those benefits is simple. To use your out-of-network benefits, you pay the fee directly at the time of service and can submit the claim directly to your insurance provider. Then the reimbursement is paid directly to you.

Find out your Out-of-Network Benefits:

• Call the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card

• Tell them you want to find out what your out-of-network benefits are for an: Speech Evaluation CPT code 92523, Speech Therapy Treatment CPT code 92507

•  Ask how much you will be reimbursed for each session

• Inquire if there is any additional paperwork that needs to be completed for you to receive reimbursement for your sesssions

 

Additional Information:

• We will provide you with a super bill and all the necessary codes required to process your claim. 

• We recommend consulting an accountant about how speech therapy is considered a medical expense and may be eligible as a tax deduction.

• We recommend using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), if you have one, to cover your services.
